News reaches us that Volvo B10M 52414 with Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire is to be transferred from the training fleet back into the main fleet.
We have also heard that following loss of schools work all of the 70-seat Volvo B10M coaches at Stagecoach East have been sold, with the first examples already having been collected from Bedford garage by Ensign Bus. We have also heard that Enviro 200 36045 at Bedford is set to receive the pink Cancer Research UK livery, with the current recipient 34221 being returned to fleet livery.
At East Yorkshire Motor Services we are advised that Volvo/Wright Geminis 790 and 792, along with the sole Volvo B5TL/MCV Evo Seti 793 are in service from Hull. 792 and 793 also carry branding for service X46. Former training Volvo B10M/Alexander PS 9914 is now for sale whilst Dart SLF 163 is confirmed as being sold. Volvo 708 has transferred from Hornsea to Hull whilst we are advised that open top 886 is allocated to Hull’s Coaching Unit and is merely on loan to Bridlington for the seasonal service to Flamborough. Not previously reported by us is the renumbering of former Whittle Volvo B9Rs 84-89 which are on loan to National Express Operations. They are now numbered 91-96 to avoid any clash with other EYMS vehicles when they return to the main fleet.

At Stagecoach West, six Optare Versas have now been received from Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire – 25229-34.
