✤Stagecoach East Dart SLF 35105 has been returned to service and is now allocated to Peterborough. It has received a number of components from accident damaged 34879, which is now awaiting assessment/repair. A repaint has been Peterborough-allocated Dart SLF 34834, which has received the revised version of corporate livery with the omitting the orange and blue swoops at the front of the vehicle. ✤Stagecoach London Enviro 400s 19130-40 were taken out of service at Bromley in December with 19131-36 earmarked for conversion to Open Top and 19137-40 due to join the training fleet at Romford. Now for disposal, from Plumstead are Scania Omnicity 15050-72/96 and 15121-24, Tridents 17860-63 and Enviro 200s 36330-37. Vehicles sold to Ensign Bus are Tridents 17799, 17878/82-85/94 along with 18470/79/89/90. Lister PSV has taken Tridents 17844/55/56/75, 17906/77/90/91/96, 18204, 18453/66/68/86/87/94. Withdrawn Trident 18217 has been scrapped. Transferred from West Ham to Plumstead are Enviro 400s 19859-68. Additional vehicles for disposal here are Trident 17859 and Enviro 200s 36301-05/09/10/27-29. Enviro 400 10196 has transferred from Plumstead to Bromley and 12363 and 13009 are back in service at Plumstead after completion of repairs. New E400 smart hybrids 11064-74 are allocated to Bromley.
✤Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire
By Christmas Eve 2018 all 18 new ADL Enviro 400MMCs due at Morecambe, 11139-56, had been delivered, with a 19thvehicle from the batch (11157) also being delivered to Carlisle. 11157 is intended for the 685 service which operates between Carlisle and Newcastle. It has received standard Stagecoach branding but specific route branding is expected to be applied shortly. Once in service it is understood that the route 685 livery and branding will be removed from Enviro 300s 27141 and 27142. A 20th vehicle that had been expected here, 11158, will be used by Stagecoach UK Bus as a demonstration vehicle and is likely to be used first by Stagecoach Manchester. Lakes Connection branding is now being applied to the recently repainted open top Trident fleet. Vehicles sold to T Wigley (dealer) are MAN/ALX300 22149 and Dart SLF 34679.
✤Stagecoach Megabus/Joint Venture Operations
Look out for Volvo B11Rs 54207 and 54208 along with Van Hool Sleeper coaches 50301/02/03/04/06 being allocated to South Gloucester Bus & Coach. 50306 is currently on loan to the Rennies fleet at Stagecoach East Scotland. We understand that 50301-03 had reached SGBC by Christmas Eve 2018. ✤Stagecoach UK Bus We understand that ADL Enviro 400MMC 11158 will be used to demonstrate and test experimental communication systems and is likely to be used at times by various operating companies. It had initially been expected to be part of the deliveries to Stagecoach Cumbria & North Lancashire but that is no longer the case. ✤Stagecoach West The first of the ex-Wessex vehicles to be prepared for service here and repainted in corporate livery is 36080. ✤Stagecoach North East Withdrawn (awaiting disposal) MAN/ALX300s 22027 & 22035 are the latest vehicles to be collected by Alpha Recovery for scrap. Both were collected from Stockton depot on Friday 28th December 2018. Withdrawn MAN/ALX300 22047 also stored at Stockton depot was moved back to Slatyford depot on Thursday 27th December 2018. Though initially listed for disposal, it is understood that this vehicle will now be used by Slatyford engineering as a source of spare parts, with the remains of the vehicle to be sold for scrap at a later date.
