January 9th 2020: Fleet Ramblings9/1/2020
Stagecoach London
Tridents 17836 and 17843 have been taken off the disposal list and have been made available for London Fire Brigade training. Optare Versa training buses 25310/11/13/14 have been sold to Lister PVS. Stagecoach North Scotland (Bluebird) In the Strategic Reserve Fleet here are Tridents 18000 and 18111. Back in service after long term repairs are Enviro 200 36034 at Elgin and Enviro 400 19373 at Aberdeen whilst now out of service for repairs are Volvo B9R 53637 from Insch and Volvo B11R 54826 from Elgin. Stagecoach Yorkshire Enviro 400 Hybrid 12094 is back in service at Holbrook whilst Wright Streetlite 39104 from Ecclesfield is currently delicenced. Former Stagecoach Oxfordshire Gold-spec Scania/Enviro 400 15610 is now allocated to Barnsley having replaced Volvo B9R 53716 which is now with Stagecoach South East. Stagecoach North East Further new Enviro 400MMCs delivered to Walkergate are 11294/96 - they arrived yesterday. Richard Smiles, who assists us with Fleet Ramblings and book production, advises that although a new ADL Enviro 400MMC was delivered to Walkergate with SN69ZRJ registration plates attached and subsequently has fleet numbers 11502 applied it should have had registration SN69ZPJ fitted and the identity 11281. The error has been corrected and delivery of the real 11502 (SN69ZRJ) is still to be made. East Yorkshire Another Enviro 200 due to leave this fleet for Go Ahead’s Plymouth City Bus operation is 354. ADL Previously unreported by us is that a number of recent Enviro 400MMC deliveries from ADL show the vehicle type as E400D on the chassis plate rather than the previously used E40D.
