June 3rd 2019 @ 14:40: Stagecoach Yorkshire re-allocations for latest stage of Supertram replacement work and further Volvo B9R coach for Stagecoach South East

Stagecoach South East
A further Volvo B9R transferred to this fleet is 53706 from Stagecoach East Scotland. It joins the five other examples here which are for a new Canterbury to North Woolwich service, which will be marketed under the Stagecoach express brand
 
Stagecoach Midlands
Optare Solo 47511 has been transferred to Stagecoach Yorkshire whilst the donation to charity of Trident 17511 has now taken place.
Enviro 400s 19010/91 and MAN/Enviro 300s 22834/37 are now back in service at Northampton having displaced Trident 18151 and 18407; Enviro 400 19085 and MAN/Enviro 300 22832 which are all now delicenced for repairs.
Following repairs Enviro 400 19085 is now in the Reserve Fleet at Kettering.
The Corby outstation allocation is now nominally nine Dart SLFs with 35176/77/78/79/80/81 along with 35219/21/22. The five Scania/East Lancs double decks 15401-05 are now part of the main Kettering allocation.
Withdrawn Dart SLF 34642 has moved from Corby to Rugby.
 
Stagecoach East Scotland
Trident 18100 has transferred from Aberhill to the Rennies fleet as a replacement for 18001 which has moved to Stagecoach North Scotland.
Transferred from Aberhill to the Reserve Fleet are MAN/Enviro 300 22572 and Enviro 300 27613. Now part of the fleet at Aberhill are Enviro 400s 19018/22/40/61.
Now in the Reserve Fleet at Arbroath is Volvo B7TL 16936 whilst Enviro 400 10005 from Blairgowrie is out of use for refurbishment.
Enviro 400 19045 is now allocated to Dunfermline but Optare Versa 25254 moves from the main fleet to the Reserve Fleet at Dunfermline.
Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 44016is moving from Dunfermline to Perth. Trident 18079 is now in the Reserve Fleet at Perth whilst now at Perth is Enviro 300 27599.
Further vehicles On Loan to the Rennies fleet are Scania/Irizar WD14ZRU, YN64LYA; Volvo/Joncheere NHZ737; DAF/Irizar YN14NPU, YN14NOF, YN14ZHC.
Optare Versa 25207 has been scrapped whilst Tridents sold are 17708 to Pendle Coaches and 18005 to Geddes Group.
 
Megabus/Joint Venture Operations
Volvo B12B 54046, latterly operated by Stagecoach North Scotland, has been sold.
 
Stagecoach North Scotland
Former megasightseeing.com open top Trident 18497 is now in the Seasonal Reserve Fleet at Orkney.
Optare Solo 47588 has transferred into the Reserve Fleet at Kirkwall whilst former Stagecoach East Scotland Trident 18001 is being prepared for service at Inverness. Vehicles returned to service following long term repairs are Volvo B9R 53621 at Thurso and Enviro 300 27597 at Kirkwall. Also following repairs Enviro 400 19173 is now in the Reserve Fleet at Insch and Enviro 200s 36206 and 37258 in the Reserve Fleet at Inverness.
Stood down for long term repairs are Volvo B7R 53271 and MAN/Enviro 300 22786 bith from Kirkwall. Now on the books are Aviemore are Volvo B7R 53257 from Tain and Enviro 300 27805 from Inverness. Reserve Fleet Volvo B12B 53110 and Volvo B7R 53317 are now allocated to Aberdeen whilst Volvo B12B 53104 has transferred from Aviemore to Aberdeen. 
DAF SB120 39881 and Trident 18345 are both now for disposal.
Transfers from Stonehaven to Insch are Volvo B7TL 16974 and Optare Solos 47495 and 47604 whilst Enviro 400s 19376/78 transfer from Insch to Stonehaven.
Transferred from Aberdeen to Stonehaven are Enviro 400 19171, Enviro 300 27810 and Volvo B9Rs 53637/40/43/44/45 with Enviro 300 27515 moving from Aberdeen to Inverness and Volvo B11R 54825 from Aberdeen to Elgin.
Arrivals at Aberdeen are Volvo B9TLs 16945/46 from Insch and Mercesdes-Benz Sprinter 59617, Trident 18110 and Volvo B9R 53607 from Stonehaven.
The company reports that Volvo B9TL 16954 is in the Reserve Fleet here. This vehicles was transferred to Stagecoach Merseyside & South Lancashire but we believe it may have been a ‘paper transfer’ only.
Finally Reserve Fleet Optare Solo SR 47814 is now back in the main fleet at Skye.
 
Stagecoach Yorkshire
In preparation for the next stage of Supertram replacement work, transferred from Ecclesfield to Holbrook yesterday were Scania/East Lancs 15413/16, Enviro 400s 19178/79 and Scania/Enviro 400 15716.
Van Hool Astromega 50235 and Volvo B12Bs 54053/58 remain here, at Chesterfield, awaiting disposal. They were used on the Derby rail replacement project last year.
 
East Yorkshire
Wright Gemini-bodies open top Volvo B7TLs 889 and 895 are now in use at Scarborough whilst a further example delivered from Ensign Bus is 893. Former Scarborough open top Volvo B7TL 884 has been transferred to Go North East where it has been renumbered to 3998. In addition previously transferred to Go North East open top Volvo B7TL 885, which had initially been renumbered to 6000 has subsequently been renumbered further and now carries fleet number 3999.

A further Enviro 300 to lose Stockton Zone branding is 27177.

Go North East
The company reports that buses repainted last week included Optare Solo SR M925/Optare 678 (NK16 BXW) into a new four-colour base livery for the “X-lines” X6/X7 and X20 services and Wright Streetlite DF/Wright Streetlite Max Micro-Hybrid 5441 (NK16 AZW) into the 2019 fleet livery.
Following the recent announcement that the Stagecoach North East operated City Sightseeing tour of Newcastle will not be returning this season, we have decided to launch our own trial operation of a part replacement seasonal open top bus service. As such; 6000, which was originally intended to be used in the Special Events fleet and for stakeholder engagement, has been re-numbered 3999. This vehicle will act as the spare, with two further examples being painted and branded for the Newcastle Gateshead Toon Tour open-top service, due to commence operation from 29 June.
East Yorkshire open-top Volvo B7TL/Plaxton President 884 (794 EYD) has also been acquired and numbered 3998 within the Go North East fleet.
Scania K340EB/Caetano Levante 7095 (FJ08 KLS) has been sold to Ensign Bus., Purfleet, while Volvo B7RLE/Wright Eclipses 4979 (NK54 NUJ) and 4982 (NK54 NUP) have both been sold to Go North West, following conversion to Driver Training vehicles at Thornton Bros, Ashington. Go North West is a newly created arm of transport giant Go Ahead Group, which began running services in Worsley and Radcliffe, as well as a number of other routes across Greater Manchester, from Sunday 2 June. Timetables and bus routes will not change, although the buses will have a new livery.
